Pneumatic Injection Pump

The Monster Seal Pneumatic Pump will offer the best user experience designed to reduce installation time and labor costs by approximately 85% or more! The pump includes a 25’ sealant and air line with a tire gauge, which allows the operator to set correct tire air pressure after injecting the sealant.  To see the pump in action, please watch the pneumatic pump installation video on our website.

How it works:

Attach the special tool to the valve stem of the tire and then use it to unscrew the valve core. This will allow you to inject the Monster Seal Tire Sealant into the tire using the yellow handle, expect to inject 2 ounces per stroke. Once the tire is at its desired amount, close the yellow handle.  Then press the silver handle to clear out the valve stem of excess sealant with a shot of air prior to re-inserting the valve core into the valve stem.  The special tool can then be used to screw the valve core back into the valve stem completing the instillation. There is an air gauge mounted at the end of the hose. After injecting the sealant, it is a good time to check and set the correct tire air pressure. The pump installs on top top of the Monster Seal pail and will connect to the shop air pressure line.

Warranty:
If the pump malfunctions, it will be replaced with a new pump via Fedex, at no charge.  We will recall the old pump and check it out. If we determine the malfunction was a result of damage to the pump, there  may be a charge for the repairs.  We provide training and ongoing technical support for the pneumatic pump system.
